Note: When Northville Public Schools are closed due to
weather, morning fitness classes are cancelled. Decisions
regarding evening classes are made at 4:00pm. Please call
248-449-9951 to check status of evening classes.

strengthens your entire body. This 60-minute workout challenges all
your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises
like squats, presses, lifts, and curls. Great music, awesome
instructors, and your choice of weight inspire you to get the

that is inspired by martial arts and draws from a wide array of
disciplines such as Karate, boxing, Tai Chi, Taekwando, and Muay
Thai. Supported by driving music and powerful role model

Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates workout that
