Note: When Northville Public Schools are closed due to weather, morning fitness classes are cancelled.  Decisions regarding evening classes are made at 4:00pm.  Please call 248-449-9951 to check status of evening classes.

Body Pump The original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This 60-minute workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts, and curls. Great music, awesome instructors, and your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you came for- and fast!
   
Body Combat Empowering and energetic cardio workout that is inspired by martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as Karate, boxing, Tai Chi, Taekwando, and Muay Thai. Supported by driving music and powerful role model instructors, strike, punch and kick your way through calories to superior cardio fitness!
   
Body Flow Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centered and calm. Controlled breathing, concentration and carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses to music create a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance.
   
Silver Strength Fun, energetic workout designed for our "silver" exercisers! This strength training and core conditioning class is specifically designed to enhance our range of motion, improve balance and bone density, and tone our muscles to stay fit and strong.
   
Core Cardio Two-in-One workout- 30 minutes of goal-inspired cardio followed by 25 minutes of core strengthening exercises... Be ready to burn calories, build stamina and improve your core strength in this energized class combining your favorite step, kickboxing, aerobic and abdominal exercises! Dynamic instructors and great music motivate you toward success.
   
Ab-solute Abs Back by popular demand, our 30 minute abdominal blast workout is back! Discover and build the strength of your core muscle set- your upper and lower abdominals, lower back, gluts, hamstrings and hips. This powerful workout will have you feeling the burn and enjoying the best strength of your life afterwards!
   
Yoga This Yoga workout will strengthen and tone your muscles, while improving your flexibility. Enhance mental clarity and achieve better balance in life on your journey of self-discovery as this class finishes with relaxation and aromatherapy for your sensory pleasure.
   
Pilates Ball Mat class designed to shape the body through core strength exercises. You will notice improved posture and tension reduction with the flowing movements of this class. Great for mind and body!
   
Group Cycle Indoor cycling workout where you ride to the rhythm of powerful music. Your inspiring coach will lead you through training intervals that will include peaks and valleys, hills and mountains, and time trials.
