The Northville Parks and Recreation Department operates two
indoor facilities with space available to the community for reservation. The
Northville Community Center is located in Downtown Northville at 303 West Main
Street. The Recreation Center at Hillside is located within Hillside Middle
School at 700 West Baseline Road.
With-in these two facilities, residents have the opportunity
to rent several different spaces to fit their needs. We are able to host
everything from graduation parties, to baby showers, to basketball practice and
everything in-between in our gyms, fitness rooms, meeting rooms, banquet hall,
service pantry, stage and living room!

Note: Renters utilizing a caterer or serving a full meal during their rental must rent the Service Pantry.
*-Weekend rates begin on Fridays at 5pm
**-Service Pantry is a warming kitchen that features a freezer, refrigerator, warming box, ice maker, commercial sink with garbage disposal and prep area. Our service pantry is not a licensed kitchen, you cannot prepare food in our service pantry.
Rental Covid Procedure
- Renter is responsible to encourage guests not in the same family unit to maintain six feet of distance from one another and encourage people to wear masks whenever interacting with people outside of their family unit
- Recommend that renter communicate to guests that they should not attend the gathering if they have any symptoms of COVID or have come into contact with anyone they know to have symptoms
- Please practice handwashing and/or sanitizing before and after the rental.

CDC’s risk of COVID-19 defined:
Lowest risk: Virtual-only activities, events, and gatherings.
More risk: Smaller outdoor and in-person gatherings in which individuals from different households remain spaced at least 6 feet apart, wear cloth face coverings, do not share objects and come from the same local area (e.g., community, town, city, or county).
Higher risk: Medium-sized in-person gatherings that are adapted to allow individuals to remain spaced at least 6 feet apart and with attendees coming from outside the local area.
Highest risk: Large in-person gatherings where it is difficult for individuals to remain spaced at least 6 feet apart and attendees travel from outside the local area.
