Northville Community Center offers many drop in fitness classes from Walking to WERQ. Check out the current class offerings:

Yoga for Healthy Hips and Backs

Improve your overall health and well-being with yoga poses and stretches targeting the back and hips to help protect from injury.

Slow Burn Yoga

Slower progressive sequences to longer holding postures will bring your entire body and mind into balance in this intense yet calming class.

Blend Yoga

This is an intermediate level class that pairs the flow of Vinyasa with the guided challenge of Slow Burn. Great for those newer to Yoga who want a challenge as well as those who have practiced for years.

Walking- FREE
Come join us for a morning walk in the gym. Every weekday morning the gym is open for senior walkers from 8 - 9:30 a.m. Join the group afterwards for a cup of coffee!

Join this fast growing sport for all ages. Best described as a mix between tennis, badminton and ping pong. Northville Parks and Recreation offers drop in times for all levels of play. Check the Open Activities schedule for days and times of play.

Both Senior Volleyball and Men 50+ Volleyball are offered at the Northville Community Center.
