Join Kathy Housey, Brain and Balance Certified Instructor, as she presents the latest findings on the aging brain which dispel past theories about genetic predisposition to genitive decline and Alzheimer's, introduces brain exercises for different ability levels, dietary changes to protect the brain, and the importance of relaxation and sleep. Registration is for the whole series.

Your skin is very important to your health and well being. Learn to keep your skin healthy during this informative presentation presented by St. John's Providence.

Lunch & Learn - Planning Ahead - Griffin Funeral Homes
Tuesday, March 27 from 11:30 am - 12:30 pm; FREE
David Griffin from Griffin Funeral Homes will be presenting on Planning Ahead, along with an open forum to ask the director questions related to costs, burials and cremation. Lunch will be provided.

AARP Driver Safety Class
Wednesday & Thursday, May 2 & 3 from 10:30 am - 2:30 pm; $20 AARP member, $25 Non-AARP member
Looking for an insurance discount? You may qualify after you take this safety class. Cars have changed and so have traffic rules, driving conditions and the roads we drive on every day. These classes will cover topics such as: how to avoid driving hazards, how aging affects your driving, physical limitations, current driving laws and defensive skills. Consult your insurance agent for discount details. Pre-registration is required. You must attend both classes. Lunch is on your own.

MMAP New Medicare numbers & Fraud
Wednesday, May 9 from 1:00 - 2:00 pm; FREE
Find out about the new Medicare numbers coming in June and fraud schemes associated with it. Volunteers from MMAP will cover everything you need to know and answer questions pertaining to these new changes.
Registration deadline is May 1.

Get together with your friends or make new ones by signing up to go out to lunch with other Northville Seniors. A local Restaurant will be chosen and reserved for the group. This social group meets once a month at 11:30am. Please register at the senior desk. You will receive a confirmation phone call before the event but you mush register in order to be included in the group reservation.

Meet Meet at the designated restaurant on the day and time of the lunch. Transpiration and payment for your meal is on your own.

Puzzles
If you have some free time or just love to work on puzzles, we always have a community puzzle going at our puzzle station in the Living Room of the Northville Community Center. Finish the puzzle and you get to pick the next one to work on!

Adult Coloring
Coloring has been proven to help reduce stress and anxiety levels, plus it's just plain fun! Pick out your favorite coloring page from out collection, pull up a chair and start coloring. Bring a friend or enjoy quiet time by yourself. Coloring pages and pencils provided. Coloring supplies can be found on the desk next to the Color Station in the Community Center
