Northville's Out to Lunch Bunch
Get together with your friends or make new ones by signing up to go out to lunch with other Northville Seniors. A local restaurant will be chosen and reserved for the group. You will receive a confirmation phone call before the event but you must register to be included in the group reservation. Meet at 11:30 a.m. at the designated restaurant below. Transportation and payment for your meal is on your own.

Beautification & Garden Club
The Northville Community Center is forming a Garden Club under the guidance of our in-house Master Gardener Trainee, Amy Alandt. Whether you have a green thumb or just want to learn, we would love to have you join us as we develop a patio garden filled with flowers, herbs and vegetables. Amy will educate the group on the plants and the care needed for the garden at the first meeting. A schedule will be developed to water and feed the plants. If you are unable to make the first meeting please call Amy if you are still interested in volunteering to help with the garden at 248-305-2853. Registration deadline for first meeting: July 11

Join officers from the Northville Township Police Department for coffee and conversation. This will be an open forum providing the opportunity for community members to interact with officers in a casual environment and allow them to ask questions about the community. Sleep depravation has been a common problem for both young and old. Yet, the days of "all nighters" and working long shifts as the cause have been reserved for the younger generations. This presentation will touch on several possible causes of lack of sleep as we age as well as discuss many possible solutions we can use to provide for better rest.
